OG Anunoby emerged as the hero for the New York Knicks, tipping in the game-winning basket with just 1.02 seconds remaining to seal a dramatic 107-106 victory over the San Antonio Spurs at Madison Square Garden in Game 4 of the NBA Finals. The win gives the Knicks a commanding 3-1 series lead.

The Spurs, eager to level the series at 2-2, dominated the opening half. They outscored the Knicks 41-22 in the first quarter and 36-27 in the second to take a comfortable 77-49 lead into halftime, holding a massive 28-point advantage.

However, the Knicks produced a historic second-half comeback after trailing by as many as 29 points. They responded by winning the third quarter 26-14 before outscoring the Spurs 32-15 in the fourth quarter to complete a stunning turnaround and move within one win of their first NBA championship since 1973.

For the Spurs, Victor Wembanyama led the way with 24 points, while Dylan Harper contributed 21 points off the bench. De’Aaron Fox and Devin Vassell each scored 18 points, while Stephon Castle added 13 points in the narrow defeat.
