Gabon head coach Thierry Mouyouma has named a 27-man squad for the crucial CAF World Cup playoff showdown against the Super Eagles of Nigeria on Thursday, November 13, at the Stade Prince Moulay El Hassan in Morocco, Bold Sports reports.

The squad sees the inclusion of several experienced stars, including captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, who will be hoping to inspire the Panthers to a historic first-ever World Cup qualification.

Mouyouma also included Mario Lemina, Osimhen’s Galatasaray teammate, and prolific forward Denis Bouanga, who has been in red-hot form at club level. Young talent Jonathan Do Marcolino and Bordeaux winger Royce Openda earned their maiden call-ups, while Alex Moucketou-Moussounda returns to the team for the first time since March to bolster the defense.
