Nigeria’s Chiamaka Nnadozie has been ranked fourth in the 2025 Women’s Yachine Trophy, the award given to the world’s best women’s goalkeeper by France Football, Bold Sports reports.
The Brighton shot-stopper enjoyed a remarkable year, leading the Super Falcons to a record-extending 10th Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) title, where she was also named Best Goalkeeper of the Tournament.
Despite narrowly missing out, Nnadozie’s consistent brilliance has seen her recognised among the top five goalkeepers in the world, cementing her reputation as one of the most reliable and talented players in her position.
Chelsea and England’s Hannah Hampton claimed the top spot, with Germany’s Ann-Katrin Berger and Spain’s Cata Coll finishing second and third respectively, while Dutch goalkeeper Daphne van Domselaar rounded out the top five.
