Rafiu Durosinmi has shared his high ambitions after earning his maiden invitation to the Super Eagles.
The Pisa striker is one of the new forwards named in Eric Chelle’s squad for the 2026 Unity Cup. The tournament will be held in London from May 26 to May 30.
Durosinmi has scored only one goal since joining Pisa in January. However, he was having an amazing campaign before moving to the Serie A. The 23-year-old had recorded 13 goals in 30 appearances for Viktoria Plzen in the first half of the season.

Now with the Super Eagles, the striker is aiming to make an immediate impact. He is expected to make his debut in the semifinal clash against Zimbabwe on Tuesday.
Durosinmi reacted to his maiden national team invitation in an interview released on the official Super Eagles X (formerly Twitter) page.
“I was so happy because it’s a great honor to be called out of many talents from Nigeria, all over the world. I sent the message to my family, my agent also, and they were all happy,” he said.
“It means a lot to me. It’s a great honor to put on the jersey. It’s a dream come to pass,” the striker added.
Rafiu Durosinmi expressed his strong ambition with the Super Eagles, revealing that he dreams of ending his national team career as a legend.
“I want to finish my career as a legend. I want to be someone that played for the Super Eagles. A name they’ll remember as someone that gave his best and was one of the best.”
