Fulham are in talks with Everton for the signing of midfielder Alex Iwobi before the end of the summer transfer window according to Sky Sports.
The Cottagers would be looking to bolster their attack following the departure of star striker Aleksandar Mitrovic to Saudi Pro League giants Al-Hilal earlier this summer for £46 million.
Fulham boss, Marco Silva is seeking improvements to the side after their sluggish start to the season where they’ve recorded a draw, a win, and a loss.
Fulham’s potential offer could prompt Sean Dyche to consider allowing Alex Iwobi to depart, given his recent reinforcement of the flanks through summer recruits Arnaut Danjuma and Jack Harrison.
Everton have started the new season on a low having lost all three games played so far this season. The Nigeria international suffered an injury during Everton’s 4-0 defeat to Aston Villa and also missed the Toffees 1-0 loss to Wolves over the weekend.
