Nigerian defender Enyinnaya Kazie is set to leave Stellenbosch FC at the end of the season following the expiration of his contract, with the highly-rated right wing-back now exploring opportunities abroad, Bold Sports reports.
Kazie is expected to bid farewell to the South African side after their final league fixture against Marumo Gallants on May 23, bringing an end to a brief but impactful spell at the club.
The former Rivers United star joined Stellenbosch in November 2024 and quickly became one of the team’s standout performers. Despite arriving midway through the campaign, Kazie established himself as a dependable presence on the right flank, making 35 appearances across all competitions and scoring two goals in an impressive debut season.

His consistent performances have reportedly drawn interest from clubs outside South Africa, with the Nigerian defender eager to secure his next move overseas once his current deal officially expires.
Kazie’s anticipated departure is expected to leave a notable void in the Stellenbosch squad, given the significant influence he has made in such a short time.
