Super Eagles interim coach, Austin Eguavoen, has withdrawn Napoli striker, Victor Osimhen, from the 28-man squad for the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations.

Osimhen’s withdrawal was part of the four changes made to the initial list for the AFCON.

This was disclosed in a statement by the Communications Department of the Nigeria Football Federation on Friday.

Osimhen was replaced Henry Onyekuru in the updated squad.

In-form Watford striker, Emmanuel Dennis was also replaced by Peter Olayinka, while Shehu Abdullahi and Leon Balogun paved way for Tyrone Ebuehi and Semi Ajayi respectively.
