Sunshine Stars coach, Ayodeji Ayeni, has assured fans of a good result against Katsina United today.
Ayeni made it known while speaking to the club’s media department about the progress of the club.
He said, “By the grace of God, the plans still remain the same and the boys are ready to go.
“We’ve work tirelessly throughout the week and we are coming up with three maximum point which is very much achievable.”
Ayeni also spoke about the difficulty surrounding NPFL fixtures across the country.
“If you watch very well, the fixtures have been difficult for the teams in the country, mid-week and Saturday traveling.
“So because of that, we need to make a few changes to the team. The team that played against Lobi Stars we were able to rest some of them because they have been engaging in traveling and other matches. That shows the flexibility of the squad that we have.”
Ayeni, however, assured fans of good results with his boys.
“I can assure you that, the new one coming to the team is going to be a very rejuvenated team that people will be proud of.”
Sunshine Stars have only lost once on the road this season.
The Gunners are placed in the ninth position with 13 points.
