Ligue 1 outfit Strasbourg have completed the signing of former Nigeria U-17 International Victor Divine Emmanuel from Solution FC, according to French journalist Cyril Olivès-Berthet.
The highly-rated 18-year-old striker has reportedly penned a five-year deal with the French side, becoming the latest addition to Strasbourg’s growing pool of promising prospects.
Since BlueCo took over ownership, Strasbourg have earned a reputation for identifying and nurturing young talent, making them an ideal environment for Divine Emmanuel to refine his skills and stake a claim in Ligue 1.

Although he is expected to start with the reserve side, the teenager could be fast-tracked to the senior squad, especially with first-choice striker Emmanuel Emegha attracting interest from several clubs.
As a sister club to Premier League giants Chelsea, Strasbourg also provides a potential pathway for Divine Emmanuel to earn a move to England should he impress in France.
Strasbourg’s seventh-place finish last season secured them a spot in the UEFA Conference League, opening the door for the Nigerian youngster to gain valuable European experience.
His transfer marks a major milestone in the Chelsea/BlueCo “Make Africa Blue” initiative, spearheaded by Super Eagles icon Seyi Olofinjana alongside Achirou Gaoh, which aims to tap into Africa’s football talent.
