“It’s helped me and I know what I need to improve on and do more of to be a better player and person.

Supporters help right-back settle in

The Blackburn defender also credited the club’s supporters for helping him feel at home. Their encouragement has strengthened his confidence since his arrival.

“The fans have also given me the belief and positive energy as well. I’ve felt loved and they’ve helped me feel right at home,” our No.2 added enthusiastically.

“Having people who have that belief in you, it’s such an enjoyable thing. The connection with the fans is nice and you have that support from them, which is great.

“Playing a lot of games and having a lot of positives only builds that confidence and gives you the belief to keep going as well.

Alebiosu determined to keep improving

Alebiosu explained that becoming a regular starter was one of his main objectives when he joined Rovers. He also wanted to demonstrate his quality and earn consistent playing time.

“I’ve had challenges and I wanted to show everyone the type of player I am, I wanted to play every minute and to be a starting player, and they were the goals I wanted to reach when I first arrived here.”
