Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen will earn a whooping €14 million per season after agreeing personal terms with French giants Paris Saint-Germain, according to reports.
According to Tuttsport, Osimhen has reached a five-year deal at €14m per season but despite agreeing personal terms with the player, the club is yet to finalize the transfer fee as PSG seems unwilling to match Osmhen’s €130m clause.
Osimhen’s agent Roberto Calenda, was in the French capital earlier this week to negotiate with PSG, and now the Ligue 1 giants must reach an agreement with Napoli.
Despite being unwilling to pay the buyout clause, a report has it that the French giants could pay €100m and include one of their players in the deal.
On Thursday, the Nigeria international opted to stop training with Napoli so as not to suffer an injury. Osimhen has been a key player for Napoli during his four-year stay in Naples helping them claim their first domestic league title in 33 years.
Napoli has identified Chelsea’s want-away striker Romelu Lukaku as a replacement for the Nigerian star.
