Arike Ogunbowale starred for the Dallas Wings, recording a double-double in their impressive 92-82 victory over the defending champions, New York Liberty, while Nneka Ogwumike ran riot against the Connecticut Sun in Seattle Storm’s dominant 101-85 win.
Ogunbowale led the charge for the Wings with a joint game-high 20 points and 14 rebounds, powering her team to a hard-fought victory that ended their two-game losing streak. Rookie sensation Paige Bueckers also impressed, contributing 20 points, six rebounds, and four assists.
The stunning win marked Dallas’ eighth of the season, improving their record to 8-19.

For the Liberty, Jonquel Jones posted a team-high 18 points, with Sabrina Ionescu adding 17 and Isabelle Harrison chipping in 10.
Meanwhile, at the Mohegan Sun Arena, Nneka Ogwumike put on a clinic, pouring in a game-high 26 points to lead the Storm to their 16th win of the season and hand the struggling Sun their 21st loss of the 2025 campaign.
Ogwumike is currently 11th on the leagues topssscorer lederboard averaging 17.6 points per game on 30.2 minutes on the court.
