Los Angeles Lakers and D’Tigers guard, Gabe Vincent, is expected to be available to play against the Brooklyn Nets at the Barclays Center on Sunday after over three months on the sidelines.
Vincent has been out of action since December 20, 2023, and had to undergo knee surgery. The former Miami Heat guard according to NBA insider Shams Chanaria is on the road trip with the Lakers and will watch the game against the Pacers on Good Friday but will not be a part of it.

“Lakers guard Gabe Vincent is scheduled to join team during current road trip and is expected to be available to play vs. the Nets on Sunday barring setback, sources tell @TheAthletic, @Stadium. Vincent has been out since Dec. 20 due to knee surgery.”
Vincent joined the Lakers during the off-season on a three-year $33 million contract after failing to resign with the Heat having joined free agency.
The 27-year-old was instrumental to the Heat’s run to the final of the 2023 NBA Finals where they eventually lost to Nikola Jokic’s Denver Nuggets 4-1.
Vincent who captained D’Tigers to the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo has had a slow start to life in Los Angeles with his performance marred by injuries. He has only made five appearances for the Lakers.
