The D’Tigers forward known for his athleticism and defensive prowess has come under criticism for his below-par offensive contributions as the Suns endured a series of losses due to the unavailability of All-Star guard Devin Booker and newly acquired Bradley Beal.

The game against the Timberwolves saw Josh Okogie knock down impressive threes on his way to finishing with 12 points and one assist in 12 minutes on the court.

Kevin Durant and Devin Booker both tied a game-high 31 points while guard Eric Gordon had 14 points and Greyson Allen recorded 14 points. Karl Anthony-Towns led the Timberwolves with 25 points.

Head coach Frank Vogel after the game praised the Nigerian for his effectiveness in the game and also stated that he is excited about his three points making shots in the game.
