Juventus have reached an agreement with Genoa to sign highly rated Italy Under-21 striker Jeff Ekhator in a deal worth €16 million plus up to €2 million in bonuses, bringing one of Italy’s brightest young forwards to Turin ahead of the 2026/27 season.

‎The 19-year-old arrives after an encouraging campaign with Genoa, where he scored three Serie A goals and continued his rapid development following his top-flight debut in August 2024. His performances attracted interest from several clubs, making him one of the most sought-after young attackers in Italy this summer.

‎According to Tuttosport, Juventus moved decisively after interest emerged from Bologna, Atalanta, and Real Betis. Although all three clubs submitted proposals, none matched Genoa’s valuation. The Bianconeri eventually increased their offer to €16 million, with another €2 million tied to performance-related bonuses, allowing them to secure the striker’s signature.

‎Ekhator is expected to sign a five-year contract, with reports indicating he will earn approximately €1.3 million per season.

‎As part of the wider agreement, David Puzcka will join Genoa in a separate transfer valued at €5 million plus bonuses. The deal also includes a 10% sell-on clause, while some reports suggest Juventus could retain a future buy-back option. Puzcka is expected to sign a contract running until 2030, with an option to extend it until 2033.

‎Born in 2006, Ekhator has progressed quickly through the ranks at Genoa. He made his Serie A debut at just 17 years and 279 days under Alberto Gilardino before continuing his development under Patrick Vieira and Daniele De Rossi.

‎His growth at club level also earned him recognition with Italy’s youth national teams, strengthening his reputation as one of the country’s most promising young forwards.

‎With Ekhator’s arrival now effectively completed, Juventus are expected to intensify talks with Paris Saint-Germain over a return for Randal Kolo Muani.

‎The French international impressed during his previous loan spell, scoring one goal every two Serie A appearances after netting regularly in 16 league matches for the Bianconeri. Reports indicate the clubs are discussing a loan deal with an obligation to buy, with the total package expected to be worth between €30 million and €40 million.
