Saudi Arabia side Al Fayha have announced the signing of Nigeria international Henry Onyekuru on a two-year deal from Turkish club Adana Demirspor.
The former Everton, Galatasaray, and Monaco striker can extend his deal at the club for another 12 months. Onyekuru joins fellow Nigerian and former Trabzonspor forward, Anthony Nwakaeme at the club.

Announcing the arrival of the player, the Saudi team on Instagram wrote, “The board of directors of Al Fayha chaired by Dr. Tawfiq bin Saleh Al-Madihim finalizes the procedures to buy Nigerian striker Henry Onyekuru’s two-season contract with the option of renewal for a third season.”
Al Fayha will open their 2023/24 campaign against Al Khaleej on Saturday at the 7,000-capacity Al Majma’ah Sports City Stadium, however, Henry Onyekuru will play no part in the encounter as he is yet to acclimatize with the team.
He will however hope to make himself available for action when they file out against Al Hilal in the Saudi Pro League on August 18.
Onyekuru, worth €5.5 million according to renowned football statistics website Transfermarkt, scored eight goals in 30 appearances across all competitions for Adana Demirspor last season.
