Gabe Vincent’s recovery from his left knee injury is progressing well, but he is still expected to be out for at least another month.
Vincent joined the Lakers in the summer on a three-year deal worth $33 million and a lot was expected of him after coming off an impressive postseason run with the Miami Heat, helping the team reach the NBA Finals where they lost to the Denver Nuggets.

However, his stint with the Lakers so far has been hampered by injury. He last saw action on December 20th and has undergone arthroscopic surgery on his left knee, keeping him sidelined.

The former Miami Heat guard has been limited to just five games this season averaging a meager 5.4 points and 3.0 assists per game coming off the bench.
According to Yahoo Sports Jake Fischer, there’s an indication that Vincent will return as scheduled in March.
“Lakers guard Gabe Vincent, who’s become included in Los Angeles’ outgoing trade conversations, sources said, appears on track to return by early March. Vincent underwent arthroscopic surgery on his left knee during the final days of December. He was given an 8-10 week recovery period and has so far been recuperating on schedule.”
