The Super Eagles of Nigeria have confirmed their starting lineup for the 2026 Unity Cup final against Jamaica as Eric Chelle’s side looks to retain the title in London.
Nigeria heads into the final after a commanding 2-0 victory over Zimbabwe in the semi-final, with debutant Femi Azeez scoring both goals to send the Super Eagles into another Unity Cup final. The Millwall winger announced himself on the international stage with a brilliant brace and remains one of the players to watch against Jamaica.
Wrexham goalkeeper Arthur Okonkwo keeps his place in the starting XI after recording a clean sheet against Zimbabwe in his senior international debut.
Chibueze Oputa, Kenneth Igboke, Abdullahi, Ogbu, Nwaiwu and Nnadi also retain their places as Eric Chelle sticks with the core of the side that secured victory in the semi-final.
Femi Azeez keeps his place after scoring twice against Zimbabwe. Terem Moffi will captain the side, while Tijani and Durosimi also start as Nigeria aims to finish the tournament with another trophy.

Moffi remains one of the most experienced players in the squad and contributed an assist during Nigeria’s victory over Zimbabwe. Azeez, meanwhile, arrives in excellent form after his match-winning display in the last round.
Nigeria and Jamaica meet again after producing one of the most entertaining matches of the 2025 Unity Cup.
The Super Eagles defeated Jamaica on penalties after a 2-2 draw in regulation time to lift the trophy. Moses Simon and Samuel Chukwueze scored for Nigeria before the West Africans edged the shootout 5-4 to secure the title.
That victory handed Nigeria another Unity Cup crown and strengthened their recent record in the competition.
Jamaica, however, pushed Nigeria all the way during last year’s final and will be determined to gain revenge when both teams meet again.
