Fans to pay $12,500 to watch Leon Edwards, Kamaru Usman fight

Combat sports fans hoping to see the highly anticipated third instalment of the UFC welterweight championship battle between Kamaru Usman and Leon Edwards at the O2 Arena in London will pay as much as $12,500 for the mouthwatering experience.

Both fighters who are certified crowd pleasers in the UFC franchise are set to lock horns once again on March 18 in London at UFC 286, a fight which would serve as a homecoming for Edwards.

Edwards knocked out Usman in the fifth round of their title fight in August 2022 with a left kick to the head, laying the ‘Nigerian Nightmare’ unconscious to claim the title. The kick was Edwards biggest shot at a win having been behind Usman on the judges card should the fight had gone into decision.

Tickets for the fight are expected to go on sale from Friday, January 27, but although the prices are yet to be confirmed, AXS and Ticketmaster, authorised vendors in the UK say fans can pre-order the tickets.
