America Futebol Clube PE Brazil has announced the signing of Nigeria junior international, Oluwasegun Otusanya has joined on a long term deal.
The Flying Eagles forward signed a four year contract that will keep him at the club until 2028.
Otusanya’s goal scoring exploits with FK Haugesund’s B team in the Norwegian league last season attracted a lot of suitors to him, but he chose to pitch his tent with the Brazilian outfit.
The 20 year old former Stars Builders Academy forward scored 32 goals in 36 games for FK Haugesund B and is expected to bolster the attacking department of the Recife based Club.
America Clube President Eduardo Peixoto said Otusanya’s signing is the first fruit of the Club’s new strategy to recruit talents from Africa and its partnership with Stars Builders Academy.
