AC Milan are considering offloading either Super Eagles winger Samuel Chukwueze or Swiss forward Noah Okafor to create room for one of their top transfer targets, Federico Chiesa, Bold Sports reports.
The Rossoneri are reportedly keen on bringing Chiesa back to Serie A following a difficult stint in England with Liverpool, where the Italian international made just 12 appearances across all competitions, including six in the Premier League, three in the Champions League, and three in the EFL Cup.
Milan are expected to meet with Chiesa’s representatives this week to discuss a potential move. However, a deal can only materialize if the club offloads one of their current attackers to free up both squad space and financial room, according to reports.
Fulham have shown interest in Chukwueze, and Milan are hopeful a deal can be struck soon to facilitate Chiesa’s arrival.

Chukwueze, who joined the club in 2023, has endured two underwhelming seasons with the Rossoneri, contributing eight goals and six assists in 69 appearances across all competitions. A move away could offer him a fresh start.
Noah Okafor is also being considered for an exit. The Swiss forward struggled for form during the 2024/25 campaign and was loaned to Napoli in the second half of the season, but he failed to make an impact there as well.
Milan’s sporting director Igi Tare had previously hinted at a potential reshuffle in the attacking department. “We plan to intervene on the wings in the event of any exits,” he said.
Should either Chukwueze or Okafor depart, Milan would be in a better position to secure Chiesa’s signature and inject renewed energy into their flanks.
