Nigeria winger, Ibrahim Olawoyin, says he’s excited to join Turkish Division II side, Çaykur Rizespor, after spending two seasons at Ankara Keçiörengücü where he established himself as one of their key players.
Olawoyin had contributed four goals and seven assists in 17 league games for Ankara Keçiörengücü who currently sit fourth on the league table, six points behind leaders Eyüpspor as they hope to book qualification to the topflight at the end of the season.
Rizespor who got relegated from the topflight in the 2021/22 season would be banking on Olawoyin’s resourcefulness to help them return to the topflight. Rizespor are currently seventh on the log, two points behind fourth placed Ankara Keçiörengücü and eight points adrift of table toppers Eyupspor.
