Head coach Justin Madugu has named Nnadozie Chiamaka, Rasheedat Ajibade, Esther Okoronkwo and 22 others in the Super Falcons’ squad for their double-header friendly clash against Cameroon in Yaoundé.
The squad list was officially released on Thursday ahead of the friendlies set for Saturday, 28th February, and Tuesday, 3rd March 2026 as part of the 10-time champions’ preparations for this year’s Women Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) in Morocco.
Brighton shot-stopper Chiamaka Nnadozie leads the invited goalkeepers and is joined by Erhabor Comfort, Mgbechi Anderline and Okolo Fatima.

Experienced defender Osinachi Ohale also makes the shortlist alongside fullback Michelle Alozie, Ashleigh Plumptre, Oluwatosin Demehin, and Christy Ucheibe. Shukurat Oladipo, Glory Ogbonna, Sikiratu Isah, and Chidinma Okeke complete the list of defenders.
Paris Saint-Germain star Jennifer Echegini headlines the list of invited midfielders and she is joined by Halimatu Ayinde, Ngozi Okobi-Okeoghene, Deborah Abiodun and Christopher Precious
Legendary forward Asisat Oshoala is excluded from the squad despite her impressive form for Al Hilal, while Nottingham Forest striker Joy Omewa and Washington Spirit’s Monday Gift earn a call-up, giving them the chance to prove their quality for the national team.

Captain Rasheedat Ajibade, Chiwendu Ihezuo, Ijeoma Okoronkwo, Rinsola Babajide and Folashade Ijamilusi complete a star-studded attack.
The Super Falcons will aim to use the friendlies to get themselves fully prepared for the 2026 WAFCON in Morocco, after defeating the hosts to lift a record-extending 10th continental title last year.
