Galatasaray have officially confirmed that Nigerian international and club striker Victor Osimhen has returned to training in the gym as he continues his recovery from a fractured right forearm, Boldsports report.
The 27-year-old suffered the injury in mid-March during a UEFA Champions League match against Liverpool, following a collision with defender Ibrahima Konaté, which required surgery.
The club stated that Osimhen has successfully completed the initial phase of his recovery and has now resumed training. Galatasaray emphasized that the striker’s progress is being closely monitored by the medical team to ensure a safe and effective return to full fitness.

Osimhen underwent surgery shortly after the injury, which was carried out successfully. The club highlighted that the forward’s return to training is an important step in his rehabilitation and marks progress toward a full recovery.
While a timeline for his return to competitive matches has not been disclosed, Galatasaray confirmed that they are overseeing his recovery carefully and will continue to monitor his condition in the coming weeks.
The club also expressed optimism over Osimhen’s attitude and commitment during rehabilitation, noting that he is making steady progress and remains focused on regaining full fitness.
