Fulham have completed the signing of Super Eagles winger Samuel Chukwueze from AC Milan on an initial loan deal, the Premier League club confirmed on Monday.
The 26-year-old will join the Cottagers for the duration of the 2025-26 season, with the London side holding an option to make the move permanent.
Chukwueze will wear the number 19 shirt and get to play alongside fellow Super Eagles stars Calvin Bassey, who won the club’s player of the year award last season, and Alex Iwobi who has been one of the team’s consistent performers in recent seasons.
Speaking to FFCtv after sealing the move, Chukwueze said: “I’m so happy to be here. It’s an amazing club. It feels like home, because I have my people around me. I feel at home already, and I can’t wait to get started.”
Fulham vice-chairman Tony Khan also expressed his delight at the signing, stating: “I’m thrilled to welcome Samuel Chukwueze to Fulham! He is an explosive athlete and tremendous talent, who has gained valuable playing experience in Europe with Milan and in international competition for Nigeria.
“He is joining us on a season-long loan with a permanent option, and we are very excited to have him at the Club! Come on Fulham!”

Chukwueze arrives in London after two seasons at AC Milan, where he scored eight goals and provided six assists in 72 appearances. Before his move to Italy, he spent six successful years at Villarreal, registering 37 goals and 29 assists in 207 matches for the Spanish club.
