Alex Iwobi is set to make a transfer deadline day move to fellow Premier League side Fulham after they agreed a £22m deal with Everton for the Nigeria forward.
The 27-year-old is ongoing a medical with the London-based club before sealing a permanent move.
Bold Sports had earlier reported that Fulham were looking to bolster their squad by signing Iwobi following the departure of star striker Aleksandar Mitrovic to Saudi Pro League giants Al-Hilal earlier this summer for £46 million.
Iwobi joined Everton from boyhood club Arsenal in 2019, going on to make 123 appearances for the Tofees.
He was named Everton’s Player of the season last term and has made two appearances for them this season.
Iwobi is expected to join fellow Nigerian international Calvin Bassey who moved from Dutch side Ajax Amsterdam this summer at Fulham.
