Everton have submitted an offer for Super Eagles midfielder Wilfred Ndidi who has been heavily linked with many other English Premier League clubs.
Ndidi’s contract expires with Leicester City at the end of this season after helping them win the English Championship title, securing promotion back to the Premier League in just their first season down.
According to transfer expert Sacha Tavolieri on X, formerly known as Twitter, the Toffees – who have all but secured their Premier League status for next season – are hoping to add the Nigeria midfielder to their ranks and have already submitted a proposal.
He wrote, “Infos #EvertonFC :
🇳🇬 Free agent this summer, Wilfred Ndidi already received a proposal from the Toffees trying to anticipate the competition. Several clubs already working on his case but the SuperEagle didn’t choose his destination yet.

Everton are however expected to have a stiff competition for Ndidi’s signature with Tottenham Hotspurs, Newcastle, West Ham United and Aston Villa among the Premier League clubs interested in the 27-year-old.
Outside England, Sevilla, Fenerbahçe and Galatasaray are also keeping close tabs on the Super Eagles midfielder.
Ndidi was an integral part of Leicester’s promotion journey, scoring four goals and assisting another five in 31 Champion Games.
He is expected to make his decision early enough so as to be able to join his new team for the preseason.
