Turkish Super Lig giants, Galatasaray have announced the signing of Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen on a season-long loan deal from Italian Serie side Napoli.
The announcement has sent jubilations down the streets of Istanbul as the club acquires one of its biggest name players in recent years. The Nigeria international will earn a net amount of €6 million during his time in Turkey.
The club on its website wrote, “An agreement has been reached with professional footballer Victor James Osimhen and his club SSCN Napoli SPA for the temporary transfer of the player free of charge.”
“The football player will be paid a net seasonal salary of 6,000,000 euros for the 2024-2025 season.”
