Super Eagles winger Ademola Lookman is set to join French giants Paris Saint-Germain after agreeing personal terms with the Ligue 1 champions.
According to reports from Sports Zone, Lookman is keen on a move to Paris and has reached an agreement on a contract with PSG. The French club expressed interest in the Nigeria international last week and has wasted no time in securing an agreement on what his salary would be should he make the final commitment to move to France.

However, while the personal terms have been finalized, PSG is exploring other options in the transfer market before making a formal offer to Atalanta. The Italian club is expected to demand a transfer fee of at least €40 million for the 26-year-old, who was a key player in their Europa League triumph last season.
“Salary agreement between Paris & Ademola Lookman! Paris does not want to commit to the deal before having explored all the options. Lookman wants to sign for Paris, even if the Al-Ahli option interests him financially.”
Lookman’s desire to join PSG is evident as he was absent from Atalanta’s Serie A opener against Lecce in a game that ended 4-0 in favour of the UEFA Europa League champions.
While PSG have secured a personal agreement with Lookman, convincing Atalanta to part ways with the winger, especially with the transfer window closing soon, will be a challenging task. La Dea have already suffered a setback with Gianluca Scamacca’s injury and are set to lose midfield lynchpin Teun Koopmeiners to Juventus. These departures will undoubtedly complicate negotiations for Lookman.
