The Nigeria Baseball and Softball Federation has appointed EEXSport as its Exclusive Worldwide Marketing, Sponsorship, Communications, Media and Digital Agency in a move aimed at strengthening the commercial and institutional structure of the sport in Nigeria.
The partnership forms part of the Federation’s broader reform agenda focused on governance, visibility, and long-term development of baseball and softball across the country.
Under the agreement, EEXSport will lead the design and execution of integrated marketing, sponsorship, communications, media, and digital strategies for the Federation. The objective is to enhance brand positioning, improve stakeholder engagement, attract commercial partners, and increase the international visibility of Nigeria’s baseball and softball programmes.
Speaking on the appointment, Nigeria Baseball and Softball Federation President Uche Odozor said the partnership reflects a shift toward more structured and sustainable sports administration.

“This appointment reflects our commitment to building a modern, well-governed Federation aligned with global best practices. Sustainable growth in sport requires strong institutional structures beyond the field of play,” Odozor said.
He added that the collaboration would also strengthen engagement with government institutions, the Nigeria Olympic Committee, continental bodies, and private-sector stakeholders.
Chief Executive Officer of EEXSport, Emeka Enyadike, said the agency would focus on building long-term commercial frameworks while supporting athlete development and grassroots expansion.
“We look forward to working closely with the Federation to build strong commercial frameworks, elevate its profile, and support programmes that ultimately benefit athletes and the wider sports ecosystem,” Enyadike said.

The partnership will also prioritise innovation-driven initiatives, including the development of Baseball5 and e-sport variants, alongside grassroots participation programmes, school-based competitions, infrastructure upgrades, and coach education.
The Federation believes the agreement will improve its ability to deliver structured competitions, strengthen stakeholder confidence, and position baseball and softball as tools for youth development and international representation.
The Nigeria Baseball and Softball Federation is the recognised governing body for both sports in Nigeria, overseeing national teams and grassroots programmes, while representing the country in continental and global competitions.
