While Mercy Genesis fell short of qualifying this time, Nigeria will still be well-represented by five exceptional women wrestlers in Paris.

Veteran Blessing Oborududu, a silver medalist at the Tokyo 2020 Games, brings invaluable experience. Odunayo Adekuoroye, with her near miss in Tokyo, will be aiming to finally reach the podium this time around.
