Currently undergoing treatment for a sprained left ankle, Lookman’s condition will be reassessed in the coming days, with reports indicating that he sustained the injury during the final against Cote d’Ivoire.

Atalanta had been banking on Lookman’s return to bolster their squad amid a congested fixture list, particularly after the departure of Luis Muriel to Major League Soccer side Orlando City.
