Super Eagles midfielder Raphael Onyedika has linked up with Club Brugge’s first-team squad at their summer training camp in London, Bold Sports reports.
Onyedika joins the camp alongside Ecuadorian centre-back Joel Ordonez as the team steps up preparations for their Belgian Super Cup showdown against league champions Union Saint-Gilloise, set for Sunday, July 20.
Club Brugge will be aiming to secure the Super Cup this time around after falling short last year, when they suffered a 2-1 defeat to Union Saint-Gilloise, with Cameron Puertas and Fedde Leysen netting for the opposition.

Union Saint-Gilloise, led by head coach Sébastien Pocognoli, also pipped Club Brugge to the Belgian Pro League title last season, claiming the trophy for the first time since 1935.
Nonetheless, Onyedika will look to build on a solid season, having made 52 appearances across all competitions last term. His impressive run included 30 league starts and 11 in the UEFA Champions League, where he found the net against Manchester City.
The 24-year-old was instrumental in Club Brugge’s Belgian Cup triumph, playing a key role in their 2-1 victory over Anderlecht, which earned the club its first domestic cup in a decade.
Onyedika’s standout performances also earned him a nomination for the prestigious Ebony Award, which recognises the best African player in the Belgian Pro League. The award, however, was ultimately won by his Super Eagles teammate Tolu Arokodare following his stellar season with Genk.
