Super Eagles Head Coach Eric Chelle has unveiled a 35-man provisional squad for the upcoming 8th African Nations Championship (CHAN), which is set to take place across Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda next month.
The selection includes several familiar faces who have recently been part of the senior national team. Captain Junior Harrison Nduka leads the group, joined by Kayode Bankole, Papa Mustapha Daniel, Sodiq Ismaila, Saviour Isaac, and Sikiru Alimi
Another notable inclusion is 15-year-old goalkeeping prodigy Ebenezer Harcourt, who earns his place after an outstanding showing at the U-20 Africa Cup of Nations, where Nigeria finished in third place.
Harcourt joins Henry Ozoemena, Nurudeen Badmus, and Lawal Mustapha as the other goalkeepers invited while Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) top scorer Anas Yusuf, Ifeanyi Onyebuchi, Adebayo Olamilekan, and Shola Adelani also feature in the squad.

Nigeria, who were runners-up in the 2018 edition, will battle defending champions Senegal, Sudan, and Congo in Group D of the 19-team competition.
The Super Eagles B will open their campaign with matches against Senegal and Sudan at the Amman Stadium on the island of Zanzibar, before concluding their group stage fixtures with a clash against Congo at the Benjamin Mkapa Stadium in Dar es Salaam.
All invited players are expected to report to camp at the Remo Stars Sports Institute in Ikenne-Remo, Ogun State, on Monday, July 7.
