Nigerian trio Victor Osimhen, Ibrahim Olawoyin and Jonathan Okoronkwo have all been included in the WhoScored Super Lig team of the week following their impressive performances over the weekend.

Victor Osimhen grabbed the spotlight by netting his 25th league goal of the season and 36th across all competitions, playing a key role in Galatasaray’s 3-0 victory over Kayserispor, a result that clinched their 25th league title.

Ibrahim Olawoyin also delivered a standout performance, scoring a brilliant goal and assisting another in Rizespor’s thrilling 6-3 victory over Göztepe, helping them guarantee their top-flight status in the Super Lig.

Meanwhile, 21-year-old striker Jonathan Okoronkwo marked his first league start for Hatayspor in style during their 5-0 thrashing of Demirspor. The highly-rated youngster had a hand in three of the goals, scoring twice and providing an assist before being substituted in the 64th minute.

While Victor Osimhen aims to cap off an outstanding season by claiming the Golden Boot, Jonathan Okoronkwo will be hoping for more playing time in the final two matches as he looks to further showcase his immense talent.

On the other hand, Ibrahim Olawoyin will look to maintain his consistent form through the end of the season and may consider his options ahead of the transfer window, with just one year left on his contract.
