The second half saw a revitalized Rizespor, as they scored just two minutes after the break through Rachid Ghezzal’s goal. Nonetheless, Andraz Sporar equalized for Alanyaspor shortly after the hour mark, leveling the scoreline.
Desperate to secure victory in front of their home crowd, Rizespor took the lead once again as Rachid Ghezzal turned provider in the 71st minute, delivering a brilliant cross to Ali Sowe, who scored for his sixth consecutive league game.
With Alanyaspor pushing to equalize for the second time, Ibrahim Olawoyin sealed the victory for Rizespor, scoring in the 85th minute to guarantee all three points for the hosts.
