Super Eagles winger Moses Simon has joined Paris FC from FC Nantes in a permanent transfer ahead of the 2025/26 Ligue 1 season.

The 29-year-old winger has signed a contract with the newly promoted Ligue 1 club that will keep him in the French capital until June 2028.

Simon, one of the most consistent Nigerian players in Europe over the past decade, joins Paris FC after six seasons with FC Nantes, where he made close to 180 Ligue 1 appearances and helped the club lift the Coupe de France in 2022.

“We are delighted to welcome Moses. He was a priority recruit for us, and he showed genuine interest in our project despite the numerous requests. He will make us more efficient in many areas,” Sporting Director of Paris FC François Ferracci said.

Known for his pace, dribbling, and precise crosses, Simon brings top-level experience to Paris FC, who will be competing in Ligue 1 for the first time in club history following promotion last season.

Moses Simon began his professional career in Europe at AS Trenčín in Slovakia after developing at GBS Academy in Nigeria. He later played for KAA Gent in Belgium—where he won the Belgian Pro League—and Levante UD in Spain before his move to Nantes in 2019.

The Nigerian winger has also been a regular fixture for the Super Eagles, earning over 70 caps and featuring in multiple Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournaments and FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
