Late rrama as Ikorodu City hold Enyimba

The most thrilling encounter of the weekend saw Ikorodu City hold defending champions Enyimba to a dramatic 2-2 draw at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena in Lagos.
Ikorodu City captain Tosin Oyedokun put the hosts ahead in the 41st minute, but Enyimba responded in the second half with two quick goals from Mojeeb Odufeso in the 66th minute and Joseph Atule, who seemed to have secured all three points for Stanley Eguma’s men.
However, the drama was far from over. Super-sub Ayomide Cole struck deep into stoppage time, netting a 97th-minute equalizer to salvage a point for the hosts.
Ikorodu City needed a win to reclaim third place, but the draw sees them remain fourth, edged out on goal difference.
