Victor Osimhen has agreed personal terms with Saudi club Al Hilal, but the deal is still pending as Napoli hold firm on their €75 million asking price.

According to Sky Sports Italy, the Nigerian striker has taken a major step towards a move to the Saudi Pro League.

“The Nigerian striker has, in fact, found an agreement with the Arab club regarding the salary he would receive. However, an agreement between the two clubs is still missing,” the report stated.

Al Hilal, who recently named Simone Inzaghi as their new head coach, have reportedly increased their offer to €70 million.

“The offer from the club that has just announced Simone Inzaghi on the bench has reached 70 million, but the Italian champions continue to ask for 75, or the value of the termination clause,” Sky Sports Italy added.

Transfer insider Fabrizio Romano also confirmed the push from the Saudi side on X:

“Al Hilal have now improved their proposal to Victor Osimhen and Napoli to try reach an agreement soon.

Galatasaray have been pushing in the last 24h but Al Hilal keep insisting with improved proposal, over €70m to Napoli and higher salary to Osimhen.”

Osimhen, 26, spent last season on loan at Galatasaray where he scored 37 goals and provided 8 assists in 41 appearances across all competitions. The move followed his Scudetto-winning campaign with Napoli in 2022/23.

With personal terms settled and only €5 million separating both clubs, Osimhen’s move to Saudi Arabia looks increasingly likely — marking a potential end to his European journey for now.
