Saudi Pro League giants Al Hilal have reportedly increased their contract offer to Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen, now proposing a deal worth €40 million net per season, plus an additional €5 million in performance-related bonuses according to journalist Fabrice Hawkins.
Al Hilal have maintained a strong interest in signing Osimhen, especially since the appointment of former Inter Milan boss Simone Inzaghi as head coach. The Italian tactician has identified Osimhen as one of his top targets, alongside AC Milan defender Theo Hernandez and Atalanta midfielder Ederson, as the club looks to reinforce its squad with marquee signings.
The Riyadh-based club is aiming to finalise Osimhen’s arrival before the start of the FIFA Club World Cup on June 15. To make that happen, they must reach an agreement on personal terms with the Nigerian forward before June 10, when the current transfer window temporarily closes before reopening on June 16.

According to Hawkins, Al Hilal are fully prepared to activate Osimhen’s release clause at Napoli once they receive a green light from the player’s camp. Their strategy hinges entirely on securing Osimhen’s consent before entering formal negotiations with the Italian side.
Meanwhile, Turkish champions Galatasaray are still hopeful of securing Osimhen’s signature, following a highly successful loan spell last season. The Nigerian striker played a crucial role in the club’s domestic double, and Galatasaray remain determined to convince him to return on a permanent basis.
Although several other clubs are also monitoring the situation, Osimhen is yet to make a final decision on his future. However, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reports that the forward is expected to communicate his decision to all interested parties by tomorrow.
